On Sunday 3rd November, Erik in 5G competed in the Martial Arts, British Championships in Bristol. Erik won a bronze medal in his weapons category - an amazing achievement! Erik had to create his own choreography, displaying his knowledge of using the Jo Staff for defence and attack to music. Well done, Erik!
